Mobile Automation Tester

As a Mobile Automation Engineer you will be working alongside the mobile team to develop, publish, and implement test plans.  The main focus is to implement our test automation strategy to ensure clean shippable features, bug fixes, and applications at a rapid pace.

The day to day breakdown will include writing automation tests using the latest tools, developing testing scripts, and working with the team to improve the software development lifecycle.  Traditional script testing and some back end development work is also expected.

  • Responsible for writing automation tests for mobile applications and backend services.
  • Running automation and testing scripts to ensure delivery of the software product.
  • Responsible for communicating and resolving software defects.
  • Part of the software development team.
  • Measure and track quality assurance metrics across applications.

Mobile Automation Tester Requirements

  • Experience automating test cases for both native iOS and Android applications using Appium and a cloud device farm.
  • Experience working with Selenium WebDriver
  • Good development and scripting skills with an object oriented programming language such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
  • Unit testing with familiarity with test driven development.
  • Experience working with Jenkins for continuous integration.
  • Android and iOS development experience.  Strong experience on one platform over the other is acceptable.

Mobile DevOps Engineer Role and Responsibilities

The DevOps engineer develops software and software fixes to integrate and maintain internal systems that support the continuous development and integration process. They ensure code quality, test and distribute code updates, and monitor the health and stability of production systems.

  • Responsible for the automation of development, testing, and integration of software releases/fixes.
  • Assume role of software release manager to make sure software features and defects are distributed and stable across applications servers.
  • Continuously monitor production systems to ensure they are healthy and secure.
  • Identify changes to infrastructure or applications to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Manage day to day operations of the cloud infrastructure

DevOps Engineer Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a DevOps engineer or equivalent software-engineering role
  • Expert in maintaining mobile applications and RESTful web services
  • Strong software build automation experience, preferably Jenkins.
  • Experience in cloud and on-prem network, server, and application-status monitoring.
  • Exhibit expertise agile software methodologies.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Groovy, and YAML scripts.
  • DevOps tools like GIT, BitBucket, and GitHub.
  • Amazon AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
  • Working knowledge of database and SQL.
  • Works independently and as part of the team.

Internal Auditor w/ SOX testing experience

We are looking for a Junior to Mid level Internal Auditor to join our team in Jacksonville, FL

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set and have the capacity for learning required to audit Watsco’s various accounting and operational environments.  The responsibilities that you will be given will make the most of your strengths, and challenge you to develop even further in a supportive, team-focused atmosphere. Duties will include:

  • Conducting financial, operational and internal control (Sarbanes-Oxley) audits of Watsco and its subsidiaries. More specifically:
    • Internal Controls –  Assess the adequacy in the design of the company’s internal controls and test the existence of these controls in the following areas: Order to Cash Cycle (Revenue, Shipping, Invoicing & Customer Payments); Purchase to Pay Cycle (Purchasing, Receiving & Vendor Payments); Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Inventory, Fixed Assets; Taxes, Selling & Marketing and Manage Risk (Investments and Financial Commitments)
    • Financial – Audit subsidiary financial results each quarter to ensure financial statements are prepared and presented consistent with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and are free from material error
    • Operational – perform risk based audits of subsidiary HQ and store locations to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and/or profitability
  • Recommending real world, practical solutions to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness with the goal of reducing risk, improving internal controls and/or improving profitability
  • Planning and executing audits in a professional, efficient and effective manner
  • Maintaining detailed audit work papers to support all audit findings and recommendations
  • Managing multiple tasks within a deadline oriented environment
  • Reporting audit findings and recommendations to the Vice President of Internal Audit and various levels of management

  • An extensive understanding of the key processes within all functional areas of an organization (ex: purchasing, marketing, human resources, etc)
  • A degree in accounting
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • Very strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CIA and/or CPA certifications preferred but not required
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 35%) throughout United States with limited travel to Canada and Mexico

Boreal International Corporation is expanding the VRF Sales team, currently searching for a strong VRF Regional Sales Engineering Manager for our domestic division in the Florida area.

 

Purpose

In this role you will be responsible for individual and team sales performance of the assigned VRF business region and pursue optimum efficiency and maximize profit. Design and execute sales strategies, policies, and programs for Variable Refrigerant Flow products. Examination of sales and marketing statistics to devise sales and marketing strategies. Promote strong business relations with all internal and external associates. Promote and exemplify corporate values and standards. Traveling required.  Duties include but not limited to:

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies and sales initiatives for VRF systems that ensure sales and margin growth.
  • May directly manage individual contributors and/or may manage supervisors or group leaders.
  • Prepare, monitor and is responsible for budget, forecast, and business/operational results of the VRF Channel.
  • Ensure all orders and customer communication is handled promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor quality standards and controls; measure performance efficiencies accordingly.
  • Take appropriate measures and actions to resolve customer problems.
  • Work with Marketing and Operation departments on specifications, cost, compatibility and availability of products as compared to needs for the VRF Channel, as well as achieve growth especially in strategic product lines.
  • Organize for customer base training events, tradeshows and product launches, as it relates to the Variable Refrigerant Flow products.
  • Ensure 100% compliance of SOX, FCPA and all applicable laws according to company’s code of ethics.

 

Successful candidates should have:

  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of HVAC Applied Systems experience.
  • MBA is a plus, but not required.
  • Must possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
