Watsco Declares $3.30 Quarterly Dividend Reflects 10% Increase to Annual Rate of $13.20 Per Share

MIAMI, FLORIDA – (GLOBENEWSWIRE), April 1, 2026 – Watsco, Inc.’s (NYSE: WSO) Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $3.30 on each outstanding share of its Common and Class B common stock payable on April 30, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 16, 2026. This marks a 10% increase to an annual rate of $13.20 per share.
